This transport service was developed in response to a future scenario where resource depletion and the changing climate have negatively impacted the world. Thus, RE will be the main form of transportation and will run completely on renewable energy.
The renewable energy used to power these public transport vehicles such as trains, trams, and buses includes solar, wind, and hydro energy. In this speculative design, this renewable energy will be more effectively harnessed and transformed to power this complex transport system resulting in better care and protection of the natural land and its resources.
